Let's just drop the 1st section, say that the Supreme Court "should show great diligence and care when exercising judicial review", and probably the no-state-property clause will prevent the Browderites from taking power.

OOC: I would like to say that after several days of calming down, I am withdrawing from this story. I have read the things said and they still irritate me. Specifically the parts about Foster, the breaking of the 4th amendment, the breaking of the 1st amendment, and the banning of parties. All of Foster's actions can be justified constitutionally. RT never said whether the private property was bought or taken yet you keep saying it was taken. I'm pretty sure exceptions are made about the 1st in the case of martial law in a civil war and the aftermath of it considering there is mass- rioting. Also, they never banned any parties. Politicians of other parties left during the Civil War thus leaving no other parties.
If you just accused Bowder then I would be okay as i agree that he is a dictator yet you also accuse Foster.
Another thing, according to Moai Hitler was never found after an investigation into concentration camps which means he was lying since Hitler took control of Germany. Finally, we're legally not creating a "New America" as we were elected. We didn't do a military coup. Legally, your group could be considered a "New America" as you have broken off so you might want to change your template for your group.

You've provided absolutely no evidence to support your points and have ignored mine. Maybe some productive discussions will happen without your mindless propaganda lacking actual evidence.
What about the moderates? Certainly after Browder's election, every single sane person left, but not before. There were most likely quite a lot of moderates who disliked the government and were silenced by Foster's tyrannical actions. think of it as the "silent, oppressed majority". If Foster hadn't cracked down on free speech, there would be more than one candidate.

I am not proposing to ban you. In fact, I have taken great lengths to prevent the Communist Party from being banned. I merely proposed a compromise with a pro-ban bill and an anti-ban bill which, in light of certain events, limits (not bans) the power of the Communist Party. All of this will be voted upon and has the possibility to be repealed in 12 years. You simply eliminated the competition altogether.

Yesterday, the Reichstag Building, home of the German legislature of the same name and a prominent symbol of Berlin, had burned down. The Berlin Fire Department said that they first heard reports of the fire shortly after 9:00 PM, Berlin time. By 11:30, the fire was successfully put out; however, by that time the building was completely gutted. Firefighters reported finding twenty bundles of unburned firelighters scattered amongst the ruins. There were no reported deaths at the moment; however, there are twenty firefighters and other people currently in hospitals scattered around Berlin who are being treated for fire-related injuries. Material damages still remain unknown.
Adolf Hitler, the leader of the leading Nazi Party, has blamed Communists for starting the fire, despite there being scant evidence. All Nazi-controlled newspapers are reporting the story as if the fire was caused by Communists. Currently, Hitler is asking the Chancellor of Germany, Paul von Hindenberg, to suspend civil liberties during this "state of emergency." (Currently, no state of emergency is actually present in Germany.) Hitler and his Nazi Party are expected to gain much political influence after the fire, according to our analysts, to the expense of other political groups, particularly the Communists.
