In all fairness, Civ3 skill is more often about being anal-retentive than IQ.

To figure out where to apply time consuming calculations and covering all bases, so to speak, still takes intelligence. But being hardworking is better than intelligent anyway, in my oppinion.

I would move to Canada if I were an american (unless I lived in Denver. or went to OSU. those are the saving graces of the states. denver gets cold and snowy like home, loves hockey, has captain canada, has the broncos, and gets hot in the summer)

Minnesota has better hockey, better schools, winter & summer, is almost canada anyway, and we don't deal with altitude issues (cars).
