This happens ALL the time when it comes to the custom factions.
I don't know why this is happening, but for some reason, instead of being transparent, the game ends up creating this blue mess around my faction bases:
It somehow happens to EVERY custom faction I create in the game such as the Disciples and Crusaders. To avoid this issue, I used the shadow(somewhat yellow) color for the background of the faction's sprite sheet rather than the usual pink/purple:
It somewhat reduces the problem to a lesser extent, but it can still be quite bothersome though. Any ideas on how to fix this blue mess of doom? I use GNU Image Manipulation Program in editing the faction sprites.
