Any possibility of sidegrades?

As a history buff, it always drives me insane to see CR.42s, I-16s, Fiat G.50s, etc in 1944 or later, as such units had long been pulled out of frontline service. I was wondering if it was possible to have a unit "sidegrade", or switch lines. For example, a Panzer IIIM could sidegrade to Panzer IVH in return for gold(it is ginen that the player has the required material, of course.) Is there any possibility of this?

Yes, edit the g_UnitUpgrades table in the RedDefinesUnits.lua file and any scenario defines file that use it. The upgrade path is already different (more possibilities) in T_KCommanderbly scenarios, while I prefer it to be limited to evolution of a type.
