AoE - Crazed & Mutated promotions... is possible to remove them?

Hi, sorry in documentation I cant' find this info... is possible to remove these 2 conditions? Crazed & Mutated? Any way?

not really at the moment. it's something i want to do something about at some point ( at least for Crazed. I have fewer issues with mutated staying on).

(there's exactly one way to remove crazed at the moment, and it's to kill a Ram of Vir, the large whit goat you find in the wild, so basically, there's no reliable way)
