Warman, I'm taking a "good" human nation.
Nation Name: Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta aka The Order of Malta
Race: Humans (Good)
Economy: Consecrated(+1)
Tier: 1
Army: 5 Knight Divisions (Paladins basically, with a different name)
Background: After the Crusades, the Knights of Malta fled to...well, Malta, and turned the island into their personal headquarters. They lost the island in 1800, but took it back as Armageddon began. In the 20th and 21st centuries, thousands of Knights and Dames of Malta from all across the globe flocked to the island, as the Order began to turn the island into a Christian fortress. The city of New Jerusalem was built on the ruins of Valetta, and the Grand Master prepares a new Crusade once again...

Background: During the armageddon, although Austria wasn't hit nearly as bad as Germany was, the central government in Vienna fell and the country decended into chaos. Now, a group of survivors in Vienna, lead by a few ministers left alive from the central government, have claimed Vienna and little of the surrounding area back under their control. Their situation might not look bright, but it is not hopeless.

I'm Jewish! But we have no apocolyptic story, so I used the christian one.
But no one noticed how I never explicitly said the words "God" "Satan/Lucifer" "Jesus [Christ]" nor any religions. Gabriel is found in all 3 Abrahamic religions. Mephisto was made up in the middle ages for the Legend of Faust. Only the antichrist and the Battle of Armegeddon are explicity Chrsitian things.

OOC: What kind of Armaggedon was there? Nuclear Holocaust, Rapture etc?

Struggling to understand the reason for their place on earth, the people turned, not as many believed away from religion, but back towards it. Much of the clergy became high ranking members of society, and now form the bulk of the leaders for the new union. Panama, the city poised in the middle of the continent, grows rapidly as the remaining population surges into the city. And with much of the continent being Catholic, the population begins to unite against any demonic force.

Armegeddon as in the so called antichrist's army battling with the anti-antichrist forces at Armegeddon in Israel. The antichrist won, opening up a gate to allow demons into the world, they however see him as a tool to their escape into this plane and not as their leader and he had planned it.
Most of the world has been left in ruin by the warring between the human forces and now with invasions by lesser demons across the world as small rifts open up everywhere.
The Angels were allowed into the Earthen plane to try and fight back the demons and restore order and balance.
The antichrist is not the devil, nor his son, he may possibly be a powerful demon but that is yet unknown. I will never officially put forth things like God, Satan, or put one religion above another. For example as pointed out by one human player the Chinese view angels as good spitrits, and the demons as bad spirits. Angels and demons is just the way I've explained them.
I will use religious symbology or certain names, but never focus on one certain thing (example: Jesus' second coming, God's retribution, Satan's scheming etc)

They care little for the squabbling powers and seek only to gain more trinkets and power for themselves. Being Imps, they love to play tricks and get a kick out of torturing little animals (humans scream to loud). The Burnt Imps, not surprisingly, were spewed out of hell in the middle of the Sahara. They have an unusual distaste for lighter skined humans and at times of great anger, will skin them and burn them black, after which they are turned into zombies. One thing can be said for certain about the Burnt Imps, one should never trust them.

The world has erupted in activity as the world sees itself survive from the apocylypse. Humans across the planet are tryng to reform society in whatever terms possible.
Meanwhile however the various demonic breaches into the world go mostly uncecked. Demons have been reported nearly everyhwere, most disturbing is the reports of the large amounts of well organzied demonic forces from California, to Africa, to Siberia to India. They have slaughtered thousands and enslaved many more, offering powers to would be humans known as warlocks.
There are rare reports as well of angelic figures fighting off demons in some parts of the world, most respectively in the holiest cities in the barahamic religions. Rome and most of Italy has beenreported to be cleansed by so called Angels. Meanwhile Mecca and medina have been saved by similer holy creatures who have given humans a taste of their holy powers who have come to be known as Paladins.
All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players.
