Yes. They have the red "RD" prefix that you can choose when creating a new thread title.

The actual diamond-shaped icon hasn't been used since the forum migrated from vBulletin to XenForo.

Dunno about other areas of the site, but there are several RD threads in OT (ie. warpus uses them for his travel threads).
