Are you a Pessimist, or an Optimist?

I'm a Stoic, so...neither. What happens, happens. As far as my thoughts about the future, I don't know. Sociology and politics tend to be depressing, science is uplifting, and history keeps me grounded in the middle.

But I'm not doing it at the same time, am I?

So lets suppose everyone is piece of each. I guess I am 60% optimist, 25% stoic and 15% pesimist.

I'm banking on the fact life will be exponentially better in the future. If not for this I would be super pessimistic.
