Really? And in another thread its alleged we have killed over 600k of them. At least try to be consistant in your flaming. So which is it...are we killing them by the hundreds of thousands or getting our ass kicked?.

Killing 600k doesn't equal a win if you are still there, losing soldiers, and sinking more than a billion a week into it.

In light of the fact that the republicans are in power in the White House and congress, I find your statement fairly funny. Perhaps its like recruiting Young Republicans at college....or recruiting democrats at the polls.

Yep. Republicans are in power. They had a good get out the vote effort in 2000, 2002 & 2004 and Bush is enjoying the mandate that 51% of the popular vote and a single state electoral win gives him. If the GOP had a get in the army effort just as strong as the get out the vote effort, I imagine our military would be large enough to actually accomplish some of Bush's objectives without so many backdoor drafts or multiple tours of duty.

They should add to the slogans:

Strong Army. Weak Leader.

An Army of One incompetent Commander-in-Chief
