Ask A Coffee Fanatic

A slightly more informative version of the above-mentioned article.

I remember a doctor's office visit back in the late 80's. The NP asked me if I smoked, took drugs or drank coffee. Coffee was considered ubberdeadly back then. Since the 90's though, much research has dispelled the myths and our favorite beverage is now generally considered healthy (-except by the UN WHO, which considers everything a carcinogen.). It goes to show, if you live long enough, the experts always change their minds.

Having just looked over bhavv's Coke thread, along with the comments above, I'm reminded that I had some of my best Cokes and coffees at McD's. The trick was to just make the drinks stronger.

Haven't you learned that dihydrogen monoxide is a dangerous carcinogen?

Mars!

No, I was always bad in chemistry. I don't even know what class it really is: an alkali, a hydride, an oxide, an acid or a salt. Some even say it isn't a real molecular entity but rather a ion complex... :p

Public School?
