Oh, and you Russians are so pure and innocent. You attacked Germania whilst they were off fighting another, for the soul purpose of snatching up territory. We will not deny that we have not done so, but should we be considered evil for doing the same as Russia, Germania, and even Beneria themselves? No. We are normal, and if we are not, than the world is evil, and we don't believe this to be evil. We do exactly as the world does. There is nearly no people on this earth who could say that they have not done as we have. All we are doing is moving to protect ourselves and friends from a menacing force to the east that stares us down like prey, and we will not stand idly by.
Also, we understand that Beneria and Carthage have had problems, but those never led to conflict, only compromise, and then we proceeded to repair damage. For example, whilst Alderia was falling, under the strengths of Germania, Carthage, and Beneria I might add, Beneria and Carthage entered a squabble over how lands that both wanted should be split. In the end, they compromised, Carthage giving its long established colony, and Beneria handing over its Iberian territory, both nearly equal in size and importance. From there, the two fixed the issues the squabble caused, and moved on.
So, Russia, how about you take all your squawking, and shove it, for no one wants it.

However, when Rome was on its final leg, its inferior culture bowed to our own. W then made amends with Germania, and were allies ever since.
Finally, you preached peace with Germania on high when you first met. What ever happened to that O' Savior of Europe? Methinks that Russia's words reflect the breath that comes with it, rotten.

Our plan was to get it back from Russia. And how did we do it? By selling Classical to them.
And we're hardly weak. We survived a war from all four of our neighbors and we won two. We're getting back on one for the third, and we got our territory back from the fourth by diplomacy.

Germania instead attacked us when we were occupied in Sumeria and we responded and won honorably. Now, Germania picks on small, weak nations, and they have no concept of honor. We may allow Germania to retain some of their island possessions but we cannot allow them to rampage any further. We used to respect Germania but no longer; we wish it didn't come to this, but Europe need a protector. Nobody else is willing to do it, certainly not your evil nation. As for you, you attacked Rome while you were allied with them and absorbed them viciously while they were crippled. Soon, Arabia decided to take our capital, rape and kill our princess, commit a genocide against my citizens, and loot our lands. Those cowards decided to pick on the weak, so we made peace with our Russians. Soon, we had found peace with the Egyptians and then attacked the Arabians.

Spelling and grammer are important (I learned that the hard way and I still suck at grammar). Yes you can change your UU to fit the era.
OOC: It would probably be in your best interest if you learned to use proper spelling and grammar, as people would take you (and by extension, your nation) more seriously.
