Leave 200 men in Sparta, I will lead the rest to the north where Athens lay ahead. Travel there and rest for one night on a nearby hill. Then get ready to face the city. Stand with my horse outside the city. I will travel to the gates to speak with thier governor. Tell them to spare their people and unite with Sparta. He will continue to govern Athens under Sparta. If he disagrees then ride back to the army and begin preparations for the invasion. We will build a camp and disallow ANYONE from leaving and entering the city, thus starving thier people. We will wait either until they surrender or until thier army comes out to fight. If they have archers, do not try to invade and stay away from thier fire. If they try to fire at us, wait until night and gather thier arrows for our ammunition. They will surrender, they should for thier own benefit.

1301AD

The European powers collapse!And now every noble in Europe fights for dominance.Already a few leaders have shown ability and are now staging their rise to power.

The French are looking at a stability that noone seems to feel like breaking yet...And then....Nothing but stillness as Death of Paris consolidates his hold over his surroundings and Shold to his east keeping on his heels in power.

The German Norseone taking much land to his west encountered a Rhine army lead by Fustev...In a battle and that lasted 2 days Fustev's strength was totally defeated...And only small garrisons still lay within the cities further to the west.

The Portuguese unite with their southern counterparts,and raise an army of well-armed cavalry to go north to take more for the new King of Portugal...Jason headed the army when it was ambushed by the locals headed by Count Pertrand "The Deadstrike" as he's called by his people...With 300 men he ambushed the cavalry,and took down 20 of the horsemen before they retreated...Due to Jason's good generalling they stayed alive and went on capturing villages and whatnot along the way...As the town ahead of them lay strong,though...And is being made stronger by the hour by Pertrand the Deathstrike.

The Spartans go on a quest that seems to the world,as if they're trying to unite the greeks...The first battle goes well...They layed siege to the town..Enemies fired at them and they took the arrows and used them against the enemies...And right after the battle was won the soldiers were told that they wouldn't get paid this year...Some were furious and so left...Others were just happy to be part of the army and admired Sparticus's leadership and stayed....Especially after getting some of the plunder that only the guys that stayed got a part of.

I'm changing the upkeep and army rules....Now no matter how much gold economy you have you can only get 200 men per smack...And you will be required to pay 1 gold per 100 men worth of upkeep (Instead of for every 200 men you pay 1 gold per gold economy level)

Death of Paris to Shold: I know we've said things we wish we could take back but lets let bygones be bygones and sign a NAP and we will only expand east until we reach your borders. We will concentrate mainly on expanding west.

Oops...I didn't update....Ehh *Shrugs*.I was caught up in other events...I won't be back till Sunday though,as I'm going to crash over at my g/f's house...So I'll update then.

After a year of warfare between the greek city states the Spartan Federation,after losing many a man because of desertions and whatnot,lie in ruins after the combined might of the greeks and those dudes to the north of em destroyed the nonsence out of Greece.

British guys march northward encountering NO stinking resistance yet...It seems as though the British may consolidate the whole of England without a fight...And the peasants are pretty frickin happy about the new stores of food that have just POPPED up out of nowhere :D (Unless Ghost of London complains about my updating time again!I'll teach you!I'll teach you good!)

France expands west,heeding the remarks made by Reido Shold of Lorain...The 2 french lords though still remain vigilant as Reido seems to increase his hold over the eastern provinces of France

Pertrand the Deathstrike counter attacked as he saw the enemy Portuguese not recruiting anymore men and didn't press on any attack...A vicious ambush led to some loss of land by Jason of Portugal but not too much was lost.
