Manchuria was a large nation, an expanding nation. Only pieces of it were stabalized. One of those pieces was Korea.
Ello wanted to establish two capitals, one with administrative headquarters, the other to be symbolic. But Korea needed futher stabalizing to suffice as the seat of Manchurian power.
Also, it was clear that Japan was running out of space on its islands. Sikhalinsk had just been filled and Ello worried that they might try to make a continental base. "We're not going to pay them another economy level, thats for sure"

The Scotts pulled off a surprise attack on the Anglo-Saxons as they were in their nighttime slumber...It was a quick and easy battle but many of the anglo-saxons escaped and coducted a guerilla warfare that lasted for 40 years untill the last of them were dead.
The russians,threw grand diplomacy, was able to take hold of the Polish and much of the remaining tribe of Rumanians(the others were too brave and went off on their own not caring about the danger that lies therein)...AND!The Russians attack the Saxons with their new enlarged,technological army.Simply making waste of the Saxons the russians made heavy ground against them.Although a group of Saxons went into the russian camp one night while the copper molders were at work and found out how thus throwing the Saxons into the copper age.
The Normans Send their Navy and crushed what was left of the Anglo-Saxon's navy and thus was truly the end for the anglo-saxon tribe...Also the Norman blacksmiths have found the secret to molding Copper!
Manchurian Blacksmiths have made the worlds first swords!This is distributed to the whole Manchurian army.(The Korean Bazaar will take 5 turns)
Aztecs expanded north to meet a nicely sized tribe of mexicans...These mexicans greeted the Aztecs and offered them the gift of copper in exchange for not messing with them.(The Warrior shrine will take 4 turns)
Dolshkovites Start trouble with the Bulgarians but they quickly give up...The Austrians on the other hand put up a good fight and soon after fighting the Dolshkovians just let them have a piece of their territory...And therefor the Dolshkovs gain the secret of Copper moldage from an austrian blacksmith...Also a new ferver of service has swept across Dolshkovia and drafties fill up the ranks lost in previous wars and then some!

The isaelite's war of revenge goes well to some standards...but the egyptians are still using their awesomely efective Guerrilla warfare against them and many losses on both sides happen.

The island of Sicily had been taken, it was time to contnue friendly expansion, the people were confused, at first they were told to grow army, then to grow navy....then to train the army... but at the end it was decided to simply grow the conomy by building more roads.
