Vote & team chess are the main things.

Also we have a forum there (mostly I just use this one though cause it's more convenient & 80% of the players are from here).

Vote chess is great for improving & understanding the thought processes of other players. We're undefeated so far.

Probably this forum is the best way to keep in touch but it's good when the forum's down & it's more fun to play for the team than just play for yourself (at least it is for me).

The latter.

Actually you play two games (one at a time), one as black & one as white vs. your opponent on the other team.
