BETA TEST: History Rewritten 1.24 (K-Mod Merge)

Maybe we ask this before or its just stupid idea. but..
Can you ask the creators of Civ IV if they will share you some tool to edit civ IV? I dint know, maybe the diplomacy? (spy options...)

Well the general idea is stop repeating drooping the relation points to -.
(if the AI ask for tech and i pick "I dint wanna share it yet." It will mark it unable for me to trade at all for some turns.
Same for asking go to war only for reason that they will make peace for it.)

And why some AI dint build siege weapons? Like skirmisher or catapults.

Technically, they already have – the DLL source code.

That's just part of diplomacy. If you don't want to give in, you have to suffer declining relations. I can make the AI demand stuff less frequently if necessary though. It's done per leader, so you'll find some are more demanding than others.

And why some AI dint build siege weapons? Like skirmisher or catapults.

Can you elaborate? Are all AI players not building these at all?

That's due to an incompatibility with the K-Mod DLL. Wasn't fixed at time of the last beta, but it is now.
 
Have just got my home internet back after a week without. An annoying setback, but I've still been able to get a fair bit done on 1.24 regardless. A lot has changed since the last beta (the Nigerians are coming!), so there needs to be one last beta test before release. Corporations/Syndicates are still not finished, but I'm going to work hard to get everything else tidied and upload the beta in the next couple of weeks. I'll then finish up the Corporations/Syndicates while you're all testing.

Working on Nigeria's UUs and unit art at the moment. Nothing too fancy, just repurposing some Malinese units I no longer use. I always leave unit art changes till last, as unpacking it makes loading so much slower. As soon as that's done, I'll upload the beta.
