If you are adjusting traits and civics, how about organized religion? Does anyone use it? Not having to build monasteries to build monks/preists is not any kind of benifit to me since I build them for the cheap science boost and why the high maintenance? They don't cost "the state" anything since they are not state sponsered like in Theocracy.

Bug Report:
1) Polish Cities as in the screenshot
2) Egyptian Riflemen: (sorry forgot to take screenshot)....For some reason they are not acknowledged as units by the game, do not show in any of the windows when selected, and thus cannot be promoted or upgraded (makes it imposssible to play as Egypt)

This reminds me of a work boat that, on a Huge worldmap, sailed from Europe and ended up exploring the American Eastcoast (where it was destroyed by a barbarian Galley). I think I was playing a 1000 AD scenario, but don't recall which one...
They do cost the state. They were supported, in the case of the Catholic at least, by 'benefices' given in the form of feudal holdings. As the Holy See collected just about anything excess to the operation of monastery in donations, and the monastery was free of the 'Kings' Taxes it was a net loss to the state of an appreciable magnitude. Henry VIII got quite solvent with the proceeds from these when he split the CoE from Rome.
Ok guys.... the Egyptian Rifleman will be fixed. I remember an issue with it in the past, I thought I fixed it. Apparently not! 
I'll also look into the Internet problem, the Polish cities, the Aztec 2UU, as well as balancing Civics and Traits a little better, too.
Plus I'll be adding a few new surprises as well.

Well, that's true, to a certain extent.
But I have noticed some combinations of Civics that are grossly unbalanced while I was playing HiTM myself. I never was completely satisfied with their present form anyway, so I'm going to do some more tweaking.
To me, Civics are at the core of gameplay, as they can greatly affect how your Civilization functions. So they have to be perfectly executed and balanced. That's just how I roll.

That's what I've been getting since days ago. I have a broadband connection and all my other downloads are ok.

I got this message several times when downloading from File Front. What worked for me is to wait sometimes for several minutes till the download is available. The site retries the download automatically so you need to do nothing. Just go do something else till it is there. Other file upload services will be explicit as they tell you how much time you will wait before the download starts. For File Front the time is not fixed sometimes you would start downloading instantly.
