Classical. I do not know. I passworded mine with no hassle. IS there a setting for that?

Go to the persoanl setting dialog box and you will see a text box for setting password.

I set my password to ******** but when I log out then back in, it just goes in without requireing a password.

It's a PitBoss game you'll be doing a turn a day. (Although if we agree to all log in at the same time it would be faster)

Now for those who have had trouble loading a password I noticed this

"When you first take a power it says set password now or leave blank to Waive password protection"

If somehow you missed that pop up, or clicked through it a little too quickly I am not sure if a password can then be set.

If this is the case I will start the game from the 4000BC save, and we can all start again.

I set my password just fine from the personal setting screen.

I reset the game guys. So grab those Civs again and add a password. (Timer was running out)

OK, I'm in as the Dutch (Flazoom Empire). I guess on my first try the server was down.

Civstats can't handle BtS yet. I expect that OverLoad will get around to coming up with a BtS version eventually.

Has our host entered his SMPT data so that we can get auto e-mail end of turn notices? If not, I can help make that happen.

All you need to do is make sure that you have Hamachi and then just claim a civ.

oops, I didn't review the entire thread. I have no special affinity for the Dutch; I just randomly clicked on the civ's until I found one vacant.
