Boringest Season Ever!
Due to apathetic military leaders, few orders were issued to either the Italian forces or the Carthaginian ones, therefore, all the action took place in the Northern regions. Dover took advantage of the Italian Emperor's absence by making big gains across the former Germany.
The Vikings had sought to make a plea bargain with the advancing Blue Tide, but no! Down, their enemies must go! Dover had briefly questioned the wisdom of her maneuvers, but alas, the die had been cast, and the events were already set in motion!
All's well, that end well, though, with Dover now holding over half the number of regions required to become ruler of the continent.

All theese builds that are blocked, do I ever get them back?
Yes you do. Every fall your number of SCs is counted against your number of units, and the balance is settled. So if you don't get the build now, you get it next year (assuming you don't lose any SCs, and the home SCs are no longer blocked).
