So, I was playing a game, goofing around abit. Kind of had the goal to see if I could bully Sitting bull out of existance by a culture flip of his capital.
Had him surrounded quite quickly, and things where going splendid.
Refused to open borders with him.
He somehow managed to build hanging gardens, and after that he lucked 2 great engineers which I spent rushing first AP, and later in the game HagaSophia, that was quite a city plot culture to combat.
His only other city flipped. I had started to make a few spies, and later did quite a few "spread culture" missions. I have never bothered to find out how the espionage culture victory works, but now I kind of get the idea.
I think I tripped 90% culture, still no revolts but this came up.
"Assign city to rightful owner."
Oh... Sitting Bull, you kind of should have defied that.
And then he is dead.
Apparantly you can kill other civs with the AP.
