Leopold II
Since Belgium is not in, he is using the symbol of one of the new civs
Although I should slow down... while in some scenarios civs that aren't in have had their symbols replaced, some have custom symbols in some scenarios. Perhaps this is just a custom symbol for Belgium (got too excited, I think this is the most logical actually)
Yea, I think that's exactly what it is. ...still, honestly, I'd love if Belgium was one of the two new civs.
I see Belgium its the island off the coast of where Gabon is or more precisely lower left of the German city in modern day Cameroon
Nope, the island is most likely 1 tile of land, and it's covered by a blue-coloured city, therefore - Portugal. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/São_Tomé_and_Príncipe

Oddly Belgium is on the civ list but I can't find it on the map, whilst Zulu seems to be on the map but not met?
As I said in the other thread, I find it odd that every civ icon is unchanged from its original, except for Leopold's. That's certainly not Venice's icon, and that lion looks quite different from the Dutch one.
Belgium probably starts with some settlers in the Congo area.
Why does he have to be using the symbol of a new civ? He could just be using a symbol solely for the scenario.
