Fairly simple, do you prefer bacon or sausage?

I myself prefer bacon, sausage for some reason makes me sick to my stomach. Hell I will bacon went with every meal.

Both! But I like bacon better. Makes better sandwiches, and is easier to add to other dishes.

That being said, one of my favorite dishes has both sausage and bacon in it, with a (not-so) healthy amount of sausage grease in it.

Damn, what about Italian sausage or some maple-brown sausage from Bob Evans?

I think bacon, but I never took the time to think deeply about this important question. ;)

Yep, this is what I do all day when I skip class. Sit around and think up this crap.

Same thing with me, not all sausages, but those greasy corner store breakfast sausages are really nasty.

neither of those belongs to proper breakfast :p

That's surprising.

Do you sell a lot of the pre cooked bacon? I used to hate the stuff, but once I figured out it saves me a lot of time, I like it more.

I love bacon, too bad its so unhealthy. I think eating bacon every day will kill you faster than smoking a pack of cigarettes a day.

I prefer back bacon; but I actually don't eat pork. I've avoided it for years, because I was tipped off by biochemistry prof about the following. It looks like the preservatives in most pork products (bacon, et al.) react with the amines in the protein while the pork is being heated and turns into one of the more carcinogenic substances we know.

I'd prefer not risk it, really.

I'm Polish Canadian so this is a tough one.. but I'm going with bacon.

Yeah, you mean something else when you say "sausage", don't you?

So maybe somebody can explain to me why Canadian bacon isn't just called "ham". Am I missing something? Is it ancient Canucki secret?

Breakfast food mostly grosses me out. Eggs, sausage, yuck. I'd take bacon over sausage, but won't go out of my way for either.

When a Pole like me says sausage, we mean sausage.

The rest of the world is far behind in sausage techonlogies and appreciation.

Bacon and sausage for breakfast? I have to say, the English dropped the ball here. Now the French, they know how to do breakfast.

Sausage, because the fat is not as visible.
