Awesome. Props once more Ripple! :goodjob:

Mmhh, I recently started a game as Carlos I going for a rapid expansion with his Expansive trait and financed by the extra trade routes available to Imperialistic; however, it seems the latest patch has messed it up. I'm up to 4 cities and there is only 1 trade route per city even tho they are all connected to capital. If memory serves me right I remember playing with an Imp civ previous patch and it worked properly. Can anyone else check if it's working properly for them on the current patch?

All,

I am still working on tracking down the source of this bug. I spent a couple of hours last night trying to figure it out. I haven't nailed it yet, but I feel I'm getting closer (and learning more and more about C++ as I go along). I'll keep you all updated.

Cheers,

Unfortunately, it looks like you are right. In the previous version, some of the stock BtS traits (like the -25% experience for promotions) weren't working correctly, but my new added traits were working. Now, in this patch, it's the opposite. That sound you hear is me pulling my hair out in frustration. I'll take another look at this and hopefully get it figured out. I apologize to everyone for the sloppiness involved here, and if the stars are aligned I'll have a fix shortly.

Cheers,
ripple01

Hawk have you tried firing up a game and going into WorldBuilder? One of the main modcomps that really makes this mod is the inclusion of Varietas Delectat, but you won't see that from the Civilopedia from the main menu, because the Civilopedia will cough up for example default units etc until you start a game as a given civilisation (then the opposite will occur - all you'll be able to see is your own Civ's ethnic set).

I'd suggest firing up a game (Custom Game - the game options for the mod should automatically indicate that you've got something better than just vanilla BTS loaded up). Once the game has started if you're still unsure watch for the mod components active popup on the game's loading, and if STILL unsure go to WorldBuilder once you've started (Ctrl+W). Try placing Warriors from different civs next to each other. You should see that they look different.

Good news everyone: I think I have the trait issue fixed for real this time. I need to do a bit more testing, but things are looking good. :goodjob::goodjob::goodjob:

If I am correct and I do have this fixed, expect a 0.65 patch shortly fixing this issue. I then will begin to reveal my plans for the next major CivFusion release, 0.70. :)

Hi Ripple... I'm not sure I'll have the text done for .65 if you're intending on releasing before Tuesday your time (Work has been a cast iron b!tch). I'll have it to you ASAP tho. :)
