I don't plan on adding a new leader to Israel, but I *HAVE* thought about making a Joshua LH a few times, so we'll see.

Joshua'd make a good leader. Moses too, I guess (just for the thought of using Charlton Heston lines as you go to war. "Get your hands off me you damn dirty Aztec!"), but Joshua'd work better since if you did Moses, there'd be requests for Jesus, Muhammed, etc.
How about a judge for Israel's 4th leader? Like Joshua.
Why is Ankara the Turkish capital? For most of its history, it's been Istanbul.

2. Because I don't look only at history when making city lists. Istanbul as a capital represents the Ottomans, but Ankara as a capital is a symbol of modern Turkey. I prefer Ankara as a capital.
Agreed, even if he didn't make Ankara the capital I would have done so for this mod's purposes.
@ Igor; Awesome work man! These lists look fantastic, and I certainly was not expecting the custom civs too! Amazing!
Polynesian cities would be the only one I'd suggest. I am doing away with the HRE entirely, so if you want to, you can add the German cities in the HRE set to the Germans, the Italian cities to the Italian set (they will appear as a module and in the deluxe edition) and if possible at all I'd appreciate a Hunnic and Timurid city-set, if overlap is necessary let it be, its fine and historically understandible. Also I am going to have an Iranain civ and a Persian civ in the deluxe edition (Persia to represent pre-Isalmic history, and Iranian to represent post-islamic history in the region) so if you could try to integrate that in some way that would be very helpful.

If you look in the file I posted you will see that Polynesian and Italian cities are included in it.
Huns are very difficult and I have no idea where to start looking. I couldn't even find the name of their capital, so I don't think the Huns are possible to do... Iran is easy and hopefully the Timurids too.
IgorS, I checked your city list, and all of the hungarian ones are from Hungary's current territory. IMO this is a mistake for a historical game like civ.
It isn't accurate, since for 9/10 of her history (till the most shameable Trianon treaty in 1920) Hungary had many prosperous and much more important !HUNGARIAN! cities then the ones in the list. Kolozsvar, Arad, Temesvar, Eszek, Komarom, Kassa, Nyitra, Eperjes just to mention some...
If u willing to include it, I can make an upgraded list for u (in a proper order of course)
