The MAIN reason I had the Mossad as the UB (IIRC I called it "Mossad Field Office") was because I used the SuperSpies mod which upgraded a lot of the espionage all around, so I wanted to include some type of espionage-related UB, which is why I went with that. Plus another mod had it so it was easy to get some quick XML and stuff. I am open to changing it, but if you played my mod as Ben-Gurion you would have been an espionage powerhouse. Not that I had any reason for it other than wanting to have a civ like that in the game (for myself to play as).
I could change it of course, and I am not entirely against that but its easier for me to use the old stuff. I already have a couple of civs that have hospital UBs, and none with the espionage-related UB. So I'm not sure if I am going to change it, because the only countries I'd really see it work for (other than the Israeli one) would be Russia, Germany, Britain, and the United States. Those countries already have UBs that I don't intend on changing at all (the idea is to keep the mod close to the regular game mechanics, and I've already strayed from that by changing some UUs). But I will re-address the issue when I add the Israeli civ. So we can come back to it.
As far as using Ottoman Renaissance units and British Industrial ones I probably will not and choose to go with "what-if" units. I already have the Cavalry, Rifleman, Cannon, and Grenadier planned out. They are just going to use the desert skinned rifleman with the desert caps on. For the Musketman and Cuirassier I already have something in the works so don't worry about it. It may not be historically accurate, but I am against giving them units from other civs. Its the CIVILIZATION I am focusing on, not the geographic area of Israel and what happened there historically I am concerned with. I hope that makes sense.
