Anybody having a problem with the game crashing when YOU found Amun-Ra. The game crashed on me, told me to reduce my graphics (they were already on low). That pop-up continued so that I was unable to use the Task Manager to get out of the program and I had to unplug the computer to get out.

I have the crashes when I found Mesoamerican.
 
Thank you for making this mod! I'm having fun with it at the moment, however occasionally my workers will be "fast" workers, and military units will be other civilization special units (camel archer instead of knight, black archer instead of regular archer). Is this because I have unrestricted leaders turned on?
 
I believe one of the wonder effects gives you your vassal's UUs and UBs, but I'm not 100% sure.

That should not happen with Unrestricted Leaders.

LOL, ok that is probably the case, though I have no idea which wonder, and I have made quite a few. There was one wonder that made no sense at all to build, after the fact, and I'll have to get back to you about which one.

Either way, it has been fun occasionally to build another civ's unit!

Edit: Oh, the Flavian Amphitheatre seems kind of pointless...and I have no idea which wonder would give me the occasional civ special unit.
 
[Edit]Sorry, wrong thread. I thought this was the Thomas' War mod, in which, the FA does a slightly different thing, and another wonder does what Freesmog was saying. Sorry for any inconvieniance...

Edit: the fantasy realm in particular has all squares grassland or hill/grasslands, and other maps will not allow me to play using toiroidal (the option is there but ice/impassable poles are in play - which i was eliminating or so i "thought" with toiroidal).

I just noticed that several resources are not in my current game:

stone, marble, oil, titanium, & silver. only 1 gold on the whole map. my settings are fantasy realm on huge map. for some reason this mod makes all the squares grasslands, including hills. there is more cotton than any other resource.

plus, i get bombarded with civ help-war requests more than regular game.
 
Hi, when i start a play with your mod my minimap and my board don't appear: the game runs correctly but i can only interact with it by using the keyboard shortcuts which is quite annoying...
Could anybody help me to solve this issue please?

Are you running with BUG mode? If so, trying turning that off and rerunning.

I believe you're talking about the Flavian Ampitheater (sp).
Its secondary effect is that it has a 20% chance of building a UU instead of its original unit (I.E. a Cossack instead of a Caravel).

Is it possible to raise the maximum number of players to 40 while using the Extra mod, I just feel that in the larger maps, 18 is not enough for me XD

Btw Is it me, or most of the map-options from the map builder are not working properly, like archipielago, oasis...

Also everytime my quechua wins a combat he gets a free move (it was an unpromoted quechua)
 
@an0e/Firewing: I have no idea why it crashes for you.. But hopefully it won't happen again in the new version :).

@rwglaub/Karl-Heinz: The new religions are properly implemented in any way possible, so there shouldn't be any complications. Are you sure you're running a clean version of Extra, without any modules or files in the CustomAssets? That's all I can think of.

@Freesmog: Like Sniperrabbit said, you just answered your own question :). It's the Flavian Ampitheatre that provides you with a chance to build Unique Units. Like Antilogic already said, that's got nothing to do with Unrestricted Leaders.
As for the missing resources on a Fantasy map... Well, I think that's one of the things the fantasy realm map does: change the frequence locations in which certain resources can appear. Try again with a 'normal' map type and see if it happens again ;).

@Kimbal: The bug involving units that get another movement point after killing someone (without a promotion) should already be fixed in the current version. Try to redownload and reinstall the mod. As for the 40 civs... On purpose I didn't make any edits to the CvGameCoreDLL.dll file, so if you download a modcomp that allows you to play with more civs, and merge it with Extra, it should work. I've tried it before to my own game.
 
I did a reinstall of BTS, ran the patch, and then unpacked the mod. I'm finding that interface problems are happening with any mod that had BUG mod included. So how do I turn it off?
 
Thanks for such a quick response, I had no idea you had made no edits to the dll, I just assumed some edits had been made. Thanks a lot for clarifying that

@chiyu: I downloaded the latest version (i), and the bug involving units that get another movement point after killing someone (without a promotion) is still there (I can give you the savegame if you wish)
