Gus I've benn working/struggling to make charlemagne into a 3D Jeff davis leaderhead. I have some skinning and animation work left to do bt was wondering if some one could recommend a good background. I was going to just use Washington's background or Abe's office. But maybe someone has a good picture of Richmond?????????

Maybe he should take the opportunity to tone down that uu's 2 move advantage that carries over to infantry. I suggest GuerillaI instead of Moral, or 2 move that pertains to rifleman only.
As it was, you could have 2 move Sam and 2 move infantry/mech infantry with upgrades.
overpowered uu's/ub's are often a flaw to created civs.

Don't lnow if you are still working this but I noticed your cotton exchange doesn't look too different from the customs house so I used the geman plant texture to give the cotton house the red brick texture i think I recall seeing on the cotton exchange in Savannah Georgia.

the dds is attached just copy over your original one.

yes. and make sure the ini file in the mod folder has modular loading set to 1
