[BTS] No video

Hi, I just picked up Civ 4 Complete.

Vanilla game works fine, and Warlords launches fine. But when I launch BTS, there is no video. I hear the intro "2k games" and other screens, but the monitor acts like there's no video signal and goes to sleep (until I switch windows, or use the windows key).

I'm using ATI Radeon X800 Pro and XP. The latest BTS patch 3.19 did not help.

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip. I updated my display drives, but it didn't help, and unfortunately caused some minor jaggies with vanilla and Warlords.

Same problem with BTS. I've attached a new dxdiag.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

maybe it is just a problem with the intro video - try this:
open civilizationIV.ini and set nointromovie from 0 to 1 - does this get the game started?
what problems with vanilla and warlords?

Wow you're up at all hours.

After tinkering with it for quite some time, I was able to get it working. I wound up rolling back my video card driver to an older version using Windows Update and it seems to run fine.
