Well, I can assure you that it is indeed working for me without your attached save.
Your save breaks HoF for me as well, as I said before. But while I am positive that all my games were played with stock BUG, I cannot be sure in your case.
Please file a bug at our tracker, attach your save, and I'll get to it when I get a chance. Is anyone else having this problem?

I just played a new round with STOCK Bug mod (deleted all old files, downloaded all files) and the same error appears. I simply can not believe that it's working for you?!?!
Did you remove the other replays so only the one stock BUG replay is in the Replays folder?
Ah, I am not. Perhaps this is a problem, though I can't imagine why. Can you post this new stock-BUG-as-a-mod replay for me to test?

ha! I know I knew that face - the hair looked a little different. She was really good in The Ring and not so bad in that water thriller (the one set in NY).

I don't know why it's giving an error in the HoF when using a MOD. I seem to remember that games played using a MOD do not show up in the HoF at all. I think it's to prevent cheating a great looking HoF.

Try playing another mod, maybe FFH, and cheat a win and see what happens, and let us know.

If you played the game in stock BUG, how did you see it in your mod?

okay I explain:1. My mod started as Revolution Mod with own components.
2. When playing this mod, HoF was working! I was able to see the highscores!
3. Later, I decided to merge my mod with BUG Mod.
4. HoF with BUG Mod merged in is not working anymore.
5. So I've played a game with stock BUG Mod (another folder) to see.
6. I can not see HoF with stock BUG Mod (python error screen) - even when I delete all older replays

lol........... just played a new round with my mod (AI has won) and HoF is working. WTH?
what have I done? I only replaced in some python files "import pickle" with "import cpickle as pickle" (like you already did in the BUG mod python files)
Will start a new test now with a "cheating" game.

Wonder if the previous game that didn't save in the HoF was maybe edited with the WB then, because I know that will cause HoF games not to save. Maybe your other games you had opened the WB and that was preventing you from seeing your game. Well, the issue seems to be resolved now.

solved? python error is NOT solved. you won't get a python error on HoF when you are cheating in other mods. and no, cheating (using world editor) doesnt prevent your game being seen on HoF in original bts or in other mods.
I remember games with too many points (due to cheating) being saved at HoF!

@Alerum - This is issue is unrelated to the HoF mod. The problem is the Hall of Fame screen where you can see your past game results and watch replays.
@Cybah - I don't know how to help at this point. If I understand correctly, your own mod without BUG has this issue sporadically, so I don't see BUG being the culprit.
Some of the confusion stems from you making different statements at different times, likely about different games, but it's hard for me to know the exact sequence of what you're talking about. And as I said, I cheated a win and can see that replay just fine (along with all my older replays).
However, I do have a guess as to the problem. HoF is scanning the replay text lines for a specific notice to detect a win, but it isn't checking that it runs past the end of the file. Perhaps the changes you are using either a) doesn't put in a win message for some new type of win or b) puts in a win message that doesn't match what HoF is looking for.

is my English so bad? i'm not heaving any HoF problems without BUG mod. that's the point. when i cheated wins, i got 100.000 points. i was able to see this in hof - everytime.

anyway, HoF is not that important. will complete my mod and play some long games without using world editor at all. and then lets see if there is any problem.

I interpret this as
I played a new game with my mod (no BUG). Worked.
I then played another game (with my mod, no BUG), and HoF wasn't working.

Clearly, I had to make some assumptions where you left out information, but I think they were fairly reasonable given what you had written previously. I don't think it's English so much as leaving out a lot of information between test cases.
When you describe five or so test cases with different conditions, you must make it clear which conditions exist for each case. Anything you leave out must be assumed if we're not to simply ignore your claims.
I want to help you (and make BUG bug-free), but you must help us help you for that to happen with any sort of effectiveness.
