Bug reports and technical issues

I just downloaded the latest version and now I'm getting this screen on the game's start up.

I didn't get this screen before downloading the newer version. I'm also getting this screen for both 3000bc and 600ad starts.

Any ideas of how to fix it?

I think Leoreth once explained to me there's a difference between the core tiles and the tiles which only get flipped after 80% culture.
The difference is that the 80% technically does not apply to core tiles but tiles with 400+ settler map value. These should usually overlap, but that's not always the case.

v1.10 seems to be more taxing on your memory than previous versions. How much RAM do you have?

Thanks for everyone who helped giving support for the mod while I was away.

You uninstalled warlords?
I've seen the same problem and it was because I uninstalled the warlords

Not really a bug, but this is sort of disruptive of gameplay.

The AI can't put a good price on slaves. In fact, I can continuously buy them and sell them back to the same AI. For a profit. Examples:

England:

Spoiler :
Sell for 50...

Buy for 25.

Spain:
Spoiler :
Sell for 40 (They were low on gold)...

Repeat ad infinitum. A nice exploit, but not really what you'd want to see on a regular basis.

2.99 GB of RAM

I never installed warlords.

4GB of RAM should be okay ... or do you have many applications running while playing the game?

After downloading the new svn, I get these python exceptions during autoplay. The first is from an install without VD/Ethnic & the second is from a fresh install. Any idea as to what's the matter?

Usually I just have the one program running.

I went ahead and redownloaded the mod. That didn't fix it. So I unPAKed the art.FPK. For some reason that fixed the issue. I have no idea why.

Thanks everyone for all the help :D

Great, and good to know.

There were a ton more dialog boxes both later in autoplay & on the flip after the first turn. I can get more screenshots if need be.

I assume they say roughly the same?

That they do. Just tried it with a fresh install via SVN & still getting the exceptions. Something to do with the spawn/city flip mechanism?

Yes, I've already identified it has something to do with the slavery/conscription unhappiness reset on flip. Currently trying to figure out the exact problem.

Try the new revision; I attempted a fix and couldn't reproduce the error afterwards.

I also got rid of the buy/resell exploit during slave trade.

I'd prefer the 3000 BC autosaves of a game that triggers them during autoplay.

Oh, you're playing the Vikings. Does it also happen during autoplay when you choose a civ that starts later? It's a bit tedious to click myself through all the turns manually.

Some rounds ago I started to get this empty notification

It's not a real gamebreaking problem, it just annoys me a bit
