It does? Is that listed in the Civopedia? What makes you think that it's that particular combination? Isolationism gives outdated civic instability from the Industrial era onwards.

Can you please tell me which revision these saves are compatible with? I tried develop and 1.15 but neither work.Aha! I got the saves for Leoreth to poke:
First save, turn 385: In the next turn, China is resurrected.
Second save, turn 386: In the next turn, China makes contact with Europe (me):
My espionage advisor auto-assigns them an espionage priority of +8 - such a high prio isn't something that I would have set previously. Well, not for far-away China anyway.
Or do you still need an earlier post, for example at the time that China went down previously?

I found out that the weight for China is already set to 8 at the earlier save (while they are dead). I pushed a change where your weight against an AI civ is reset to 0 when they respawn, which addresses the problem and is a good idea regardless of this bug (I would expect it to start at 0 and not whatever it was before they died), but I would still like to see what caused this. If you have earlier saves from this game (maybe including the original Chinese collapse) it would be great. My revision was the current one this May 3rd.
This is from my Habsburgian saves (1695), HRE without Chinese contact and as far as I can see no espi weight.I found out that the weight for China is already set to 8 at the earlier save (while they are dead).
