Bug Reports and Technical Issues

From the git update log:
"prevented placing Slave Plantations during advanced start"
This will again make the Brazil UHV close to impossible, unless you make a huge campaign over independent civilizations in Africa (if you are lucky they are still some there).
Kongo almost never have more then 2 slaves.

Is the first goal in the Egyptian URV ("be the first to create three different types of great person") supposed to mean that you have to create the first three Great People ever? I popped a Prophet and an Engineer then someone created an Artist and I received an alert that the goal failed.

Are you on the latest develop? I pushed a fix for that problem recently.

Latest git version - after completing 1st and 2nd UHV as Spain, the Golder Age is started, but each next turn the game is checking the UHV conditions again and adding 12 more Golden Age turns, which are accumulated, giving the eternal Golden Age. Also, I have a diplomatic penalty with every civilization "Past events have drawn our people apart", which is coming from nowhere and it is increasing over time, making me collapse when this penalty reaches -60!. Both these bugs are repeated in every Spanish game, regardless what I go. Playing Monarch, Epic speed.

The Egyptian URV seems to work now. Though I'm confused - the generic URV mentions "control 15 Pagan Temples" and lists 6/15 of them, even though I only have one city. Is it supposed to be something like "make sure there are 15 Pagan Temples in the world?"

Strange, I already tried to fix that. Will look into your save.

Good catch. The goal is meant to count every player but I didn't set the flag that reflects this in the description.

The latest commit's civilopedia seems to show civilizations' numbers instead of names (though you added the wonders to the religions' pages, very cool).

This happens when you skip out of the scenario start.

Indies and Barbs could adopt Theocracy, in which case religion spread is banned (existing religions disappear as well, even in historical region) in a large part of world as their official religion is no religion.

Latest git version - Indonesia starts with its first goal (most populated civ in 1300 AD) already completed. Bug exists in both 3000 BC and 600 AD starts.

Also from the latest git - the third Incan goal (control 90% of South America's population by 1775 AD) is currently set to "by" rather than "in", meaning that they clear the goal as soon as they finish their initial conquests.

A quick sweep of the other civs' goals have uncovered other potential issues caused by the "by" condition, as they allow falling below the listed threshold before the deadline (though admittedly, that might be WAD for at least some of them), listed below:
-Persian 1 (control 7% of the world by 140 AD)
-Turkish 1 (control 6% of the world and pillage 20 improvements by 900 AD)
-Tibetan 1 (acquire 5 cities by 1000 AD)
-Indonesian 2 (acquire 10 different happiness resources by 1500 AD)
-English 1 (control 5 cities in North America, 3 cities in South/Central America, 4 cities in Africa, 5 cities in Asia, and 3 cities in Oceania by 1730 AD)
-German 2 (have 3 Catholic vassals in Europe by 1650 AD)
-Portuguese 3 (control 15 cities in Brazil, Africa and Asia by 1700 AD)
-Italians 3 (control 65% of the Mediterranean by 1930 AD)
-Mongol 3 (Control 12% of the world by 1500 AD)
-Ottoman 3 (Have the entire Eastern Mediterranean coast and Black Sea coast in your territory and control Cairo, Mecca, Baghdad, and Vienna by 1700 AD)

I don't get the list at the end of this post. Couldn't every by goal be in there?

Canada's 2nd UHV's text is all wonky

I agree that the Incan goal is wrong and should be in. But the rest is just nonsense. It would change the UHVs completely to make it in.

Yeah, the Incan goal used to be "in" but I accidentally changed it to "by". But what about the other goals. As far as I can recall, those goals have always been "by". Can someone confirm so I don't have to spend time to double check?
