So, I think the AI invading Russia wants to attack at full health, because it will often walk up to a city and then sit there doing nothing. Sometimes it attacks, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes it sits there for a few turns and then attacks, and I'm not really sure why. Obviously that just worsens their situation most of the time as they take more and more damage if they don't have a unit with the healing promotion. Not sure if that counts as a bug exactly but it's certainly a rather unfortunate side effect.
When playing as America if you flip British or Dutch cities the AI refuses to speak to you forever. I even went to war with Britain once, beat them, made peace, and then as soon as the treaty was signed they went back to refusing to talk. I flipped a Spanish city on spawn, and it did not have the same effect. An autosave from abount 3/4 turns before spawn is attached.
Thanks. Just to be clear, it will take some time until I am able to look at bug reports for 1.17 because I want to invest more time into the map. At some point I will cycle back to the reports and address them.
I recently successfully completed france 600 AD in 1.17. Did you wait until 10 turns after their spwan? +1 if you want to avoid them spawning additional armies. Scaleable by game speed.
My strategy was conquer Dublin, England + vassal, Spain + vassal, Italy + vassal
EDIT: I see you state its like 1300 AD. Then I have no clue
c) For some reason the 'Quit to Menu 'button is causing me to either 'Quit to Desktop' or outright CTD. I'm wondering if this might be related to the above and there's a problem with my install, or if it's some known issue.
I noticed this as well. It seems the problem is that the movie file name has a misspelling. It reads "SagradaFamila.dds" while the ArtDefines_Movie.xml has it spelled "SagradaFamilia.dds". Fixing either one should do the trick.
Good afternoon, recurring crash while implementing 3 Tamils UHV. I use great merchant and after turning the game crashes. I'm attaching a save 1 turn before. If needed, I can upload earlier ones.

Is it normal, in 1.17 while i play with Korea, Mongols allways declare war to me after they spawn? They dont go for China at all. (3000BC and 600AD). And of coz they wipe me out within 2-3 turns. Making gold gift doent help. Okey, with 600AD scenario they declare war, but didnt attack at full strengh, and all their starter army was just sitting in Shemyan all game untill they colapsed. But they didnt declare war to China, allthough China was unstable and dont have much army. I mean, its normal for them dont go for 1 UHV?
upd. Then i played China 3000BC, they attack immediatly after spawn, and dont go for Korea.
upd2. Okey, not allways. But still no war with China
So, here's a slightly odd UN resolution request. (And yes, the map had been tweaked to add some bonus resources whilst I was seeing what it would take for the Vikings to take a non-historical victory).
Just installed the 1.17.0 release using the automatic installer with all modules. While the mod loads, a long string of python errors occur. The main menu loads after clicking through, but after going to the civilization selection screen, a different error occurs that I can't click past. Attached is the error logs (converted to a txt file) and a screenshot of the final error
Got a new laptop recently, did a clean install of the Steam version of BtS (3.19 patch, switched to the "beta" of the original version) and DoC, launching the game for the first time from the installer went fine, but clicking the desktop icon brings up the error message "Mods\RFC\ is an invalid mod directory, ignoring" and opens vanilla BtS instead.
