Okay, it seems like the random CTDs after specific AI-suggested deals still exists. I'm getting annoyed enough to actually consider being useful for a change, how do I do that logging thing?

Alright. So you installed these files in your MODS folder:

Oh, are you actually loading the mods? When you enable them, are you clicking back, or next? Back won't load them, but EUI will still load.

D'oh. This fixed it. Thanks, look forward to playing!

Any tip how to fix that?

Looks like you didn't install it properly. Did you follow the instructions? Also, make sure to start with just the CPP modpack stuff, then add back in other mods you used beforehand. Also, clear your cache!

Which log.file do you want? All of them?

Database and Lua, as well as any Diplomacy ones.

I found the problem. My steam folder is not at the default place, so it was not installing the assets at the good place.

Gazebo could we please add my little tutorial to the "How to install" page, of how to install the Mod using the auto-installer? I know it sounds crazy to make a tutorial for a few things that a user has to do. Even though it became a lot more easier for users to install this project without knowing much about mods, there are a lot posts about the installation routine and if we would get a Dollar for asking if the user cleared his cache, we could host a nice get-together of the CPP Community.

Little Tutorial: *click* If you have other ideas what to implement there, feel free to add it to the tutorial. Maybe it can be added into a spoiler under the corresponding installer.

Thanks Gazebo for quickly fixing the bug from my last report. Another one for you...

Using just the CP, City States don't seem to build workers at all, at least not before turn 100 (normal speed). I've tried 2 games up to turn 100 and haven't witnessed a single worker for a City State, leaving all their land unimproved.

More subjectively, enemy civs seem late to build workers, and seem to prioritize roads over other improvements.

I've tried with the full CBP and these problems do not occur.

I've noticed the same with CP (no CBP), this makes most city states to fall behind a lot in the mid - late game. :/

I'm running:
-CP
-CBP
-C4DF
-CSD
-compatibility files
-EUI
-More Luxuries

I installed them through the auto-install version and i double checked they're in the right folder

I have a costant CTD after the "configuring game data" screen

the screen becomes dark for few seconds then it comes back to desktop with error message

i tried:
-clear my cache, mod user data, log as someone said
-deleted all other mods
-reinstalled the mods with the latest version
-verified the integrity of the cache through steam

i run the game with directx9 and a terrible computer with windows xp... idk what to try now 'cause i tried all i knew

anyway fantastic mods cause i tried them on my father's computer really goodjob

I found the problem. My steam folder is not at the default place, so it was not installing the assets at the good place.

Maybe the Installer could detect the proper Gamefolder? (Or at least detect if the regular one does exist, e.g. checking for the civ5.exe) and ask for the proper folder if it doesnt find it?

Have a AI Turn CTD aswell posted on github. (Just to fill up the CTD list)

Hello all. Wasn't sure where to put this (Bug Reports or Leader Discussion) but I don't think Morocco's UA is scaling throughout the eras.

In my current game, I have 5 trade routes each to different civs in the industrial era, and I'm only getting 5 culture due to traits, and 15 gold due to traits. I can't tell how many golden age points I'm getting but I'm kind of assuming it isn't scaling either. I don't know what it's supposed to scale to because this is my first time playing Morocco in this mod.

Is there anyone else having this issue or is there someone who can confirm? TY kindly.

... Sometimes there comes a point in which someone should check what he or an installer is doing and why.. I guess that Gazebo tried everything possible to make this as easy as possible. I mean a year ago there was only the manual install method. There are limitations to the program that Gazebo use in order to create this setup. So it's up to the Community to read setup instructions and use their brain.

Those issues here are not new and are most time a result of not reading something, or a
stupid issue because someone hasn't a DLC, or something other. I am happy to help them finding a solution, but I believe this will never be a no-brainier. So I can just repeat myself, please use your brains, bring everything that you do in question, I mean to the install procedure and you are good to go. It is very easy so don't give up!

:goodjob:

CTD Report, let me know if you need anything info I didn't include.

Bug: CTD

Version: Full Install of CPP w/ EUI (10-1-15)

Mods: The full install of CPP w/ EUI and nothing else

Game setup: Byzantium, Standard size Fractal (with standard amount of CS/Civs), Epic speed, Deity, Random AI personalities

Description: I found another city with a settler and end the turn. Morocco then proceeds to offer me some GPT and 1 paper to buy the new city from me. Upon refusing, the game goes back to the normal world screen but then CTD a few seconds later.

Reproducible: Yes, even if I varied the last few events of the turn, it would still always CTD.

Any unusual circimstances: Yes, sort of. The turn before the crash is the same turn that I can get a policy (which I do - piety opener). I then found the city second (so as to avoid not getting the policy that turn because of cost increase). Also, AI asking for a brand new city that hasn't technically existed for 1 turn yet (because the AI goes after you, they were asking to buy the city on the same turn that it was founded).

Did you find a temporary work-around: Yes. Instead of founding the city on the same turn as the policy, I instead grab the policy but don't found the city. The game does not crash, and I am taken to the next turn. On this second turn, I found the city, and at the end of my turn, Morocco once again asks to buy it (same offer) and I refuse, but it does not CTD.
So far I've been able to continue with my game without further incident. The only correlation I can see if I were grasping for straws is that the AI wanted to buy a brand new city on the same turn that I cashed in a policy before the city was founded (maybe the culture stuff went into negative numbers?).

Logs comparison: (CTD + Workaround) (yes I know the timestamps or whatever are automatically different, but I am providing this for a quick reference).
CTD is on the LEFT | Workaround is on the RIGHT
