I'm not sure where to post this. I went from up 35 or so happiness to this disaster in just 2 or 3 turns. I haven't a clue as to what happened or how to fix this. If this is due to the ideology it seems to me that there should be some sort of revolutionary wave which isn't showing and/or how can this happen in just 2 turns?
Governor derped and pulled all specialists from their places, causing even more unhappiness.
But unhappiness reduces food produced, so it can't put specialists back, because it thinks they will eat even more food.
I've micro'ed a bit and brought happiness to zero.
Btw, why do you have more than 4 cities? It's a big no-no to play wide in the latest version.

Apologies if I missed this, but I built a road to complete a City-State quest. It would not recognize it. I double checked it to make sure I did indeed do it correctly and I did. a single road straight from Capital to CS. I am assuming it is this mod because I just updated it and had never had it happen previously.

Same thing happened to me. Two City-States requested a road from me, and I connected both of their capitals with mine. Neither one recognized that their request has been fulfilled.


Also, in the same game, the capital is registering some unhappiness due to disconnection.

This'll be fixed in the next version - was reported on github, and ilteroi tackled it.

Is there a mechanic factoring in that I'm unaware of, or is this calculation just really wonky (10+4=8)?

I cached the tourism value to not refresh every single time the function was called (it was a huge bog source in the late game). When you go to the next turn, is it still messed up?

Hi guys. I have a game in which hordes are poping around a friendly city state all the time. As soon as I kill the last barbarian of a horde, another one is created (the next turn). The CS has conquered another city (fairly small), could it be that the game wants the CS to come back to only 1 city ? That's harsh and not really funny to kill those barbarians every turn !

Edit ; Something important ; the city the CS captured was the last french city. Could those 4/5 waves come from this ? They finally captured the CS, and I freed it right after. No new hordes now it seems.
 
No I think it's a barbarian invasion quest. they will take the city if you don't kill.

Thing is, I killed all of them 4 times at least. And they were popping again and again. In the end, they too the city, I took it back and released it, and I killed the remaining barbarians. They are not popping anymore, so I guess it was some kind of bug.
 
A few bugs from the 6-17 version. Not sure if they've been fixed in subsequent versions because I had an awesome game going and I wanted to finish it before updating.

City Govs / AI really bad about managing happiness with specialist selection

Wrong denouncement text shown when ideology hate. I went Freedom; AI went Order. AI disliked and denounced me as a result. Explanation text said I was a bad guy for going Order, when it should have said I was a bad guy for going Freedom.

Haile Selassie made a proposal of making Order the world ideology. The problem is that he is following Freedom.
Sure, he gets a temporary diplo boost with the four Order civs, but really?
 
I finish this wonder and then my happines goes down from 20 to -70. My GPT drops to -100 as a result.
 
Some bugs i've noticed with 6/27 version until now:

- Positive happiness not added to Growth increase.
- Isolation unhappiness since the very first turns (before even i had the first unhappiness point in Crime).
- Tooltip over happines still show 15 as upper limit.

Thanks, I'll look at growth (for what it's worth, it is probably just a lua error). Probably just simple text errors.

The isolation one is odd. I'll look. Any special mods?

and btw one related question, is "AnC - some new flavors" actually useful with current versions of CP/CBP?
