Great work, thanks for all the updates to the mod!

Has this one been fixed? One of my favorite tactics to push back a rival's cultural borders peacefully is espionage. One of my rival's largest cities want to rejoin my empire, but I ran into this same bug.

The issue with the AI totaly failing in the modern era might be worth adding and should be adressed if you plan to finalise the mod.

Afforess. Please do yourself a favor...look into merging this with K-Mod. Its unbelievable how much greater that mod is in terms of AI & speed compared to BBAI. Its the greatest modcomp out for a base.
