i have got nothing to build except useless stuff in my cities and my military is a rleady strong enough to deal with anything. should i build more military or science or wealth?

Build Science or Wealth or Culture. Which ever you need more of.

In this situation, I usually build wealth, with exception of border cities, which build culture. This can happen only in the late stage of the game, after all the important technologies are invented, so there is no need to build research.

It depends upon your victory target and to a lesser extent the size of your empire.

Generally I would suggest using your existing military and supplementing it with extra units to it if it has got to that point.

On the off-chance that you are going for Cultural and have friendly neighbours, then producing in your big three may be the way to go. Look to spread any remaining religions from other cities into your big three so you can add Temples and Cathedrals (and Monasteries if pre-Scientific Method).

Having enough military clearly means you don't use it enough.
