I sometimes think that I might have posted the Guernica, and still gotten no interest. And since I am very aware that the above is not comparable at all, it leaves a bad feeling

But I do plan to make a few such painting-like renders, and see if it leads me somewhere.

Which of them? Those are very small gfx, so I am not sure if there's much to do there. The german castle really wouldn't work in civ scale at all tbh I will make a set of forts, however (one is mostly made).

I actually am just reworking it, and correcting things. The model was even in my byzantine city set.
