Burger King vs. McDonalds

Which place is preferable to eat in in matters of quality, price, hygiene, quantity, service and taste?

BTW, I voted for Burger King. IMO, it's better than McDonalds in nearly all the factors I listed up.

All descriptions being relative to the two, McDonalds. Burger King has better fries, but McDonald's has better everything else.

I disagree. In the UK BK has weird chips, and the chips are the best thing on the McD menu (except for the chocolate milkshake). I prefer BK burgers though, and the Burger King looks like Charlemagne so bonus points there.

Agreed Burger King chips are terrible and Mcdonalds is closer

Ah, I did forget to compare the advertising. McDonald's still wins overall in my estimation, but BK does win the mascot race.

Well, its an old topic on this forum, and I'm not sure if you have this option where you live, but In N' Out beats all.

I don't think we have Hardies in CA. I lived in TX for a year and had What-a-burger... disappointing.

We don't have In N' Out here. You do have Hardies there, but it is called Carl's Jr on the west coast.

Hardies is only my pick if going the fast food route, which is maybe once every three months. If I want a good burger, I go to Five Guys.

If I had to choose between the two BK since they have better burgers, and I don't eat fries at McD's since they coat them with a 1/4" thick layer of salt. But I voted option three since they both suck compared to A&W.

I like burger king breakfast a lot better. The Croissant is much better than the Egg McMuffin.

I like McDondals fries better than Burgerkings, but I usually get Oinion Rings.

I like McDonalds burgers better too.

I will say then breakfast goes to burgerking and lunch/dinner goes to McDonalds.

Lick's (small regional chain in Ontario) > A&W > McDonalds.
