Plus added back Confed (USA)

Any reason why?

If any North American civ should be added back in it should be Cherokee or Navajo (to cover those regions on the map).

Or if you want to stick with a Colonial civ then Canada or Mexico. Not a split of USA.

I am sure the many Canadian C2C players/youtubers (Quill18, Mah-Dry-Bread, thelastbeluga, etc) would be happy to have their country back in.

I really didnt remove them EVER, if you have looked, i just made them available is all.
 
I have to say that I think Canada would be a far better choice than the Confederate USA. After all, you have Australia and if you're going to stick in nations rather than civs, one that still exists (rather than one that lasted for only a few years) would be a far better choice. It's also much less Amero-centric.

If you have tried to update the svn and got the above error you have to do a new Checkout.

Hmm ok. But I updated also some XMLs (but not Animals_CIV4ArtDefines_Unit.xml).
Anyway ill try again with FPK.
 
I believe we need to give ourselves the ability to get the AI to ignore PLOT values for specified properties somehow. As long as they're on top of the cities they should feel alright, at least with Disease and Crime.
The AI does not look at the plot value of properties at all, it is only interested in the equilibrium in cities. But it does not look at the effect of the property, it just assumes a certain amount of positive or negative effect based on the AI weight and scales that.
So it is very important that the AI weight is set properly.

Ideally it should look at the auto built buildings that would currently be built at certain property levels and then use its building value calculation to value the property.

Great job, I'm down from 2100 to 1147 MB !!!
Is this just from the extra if block with that static buffer in CvUnit.cpp ?

Awesome! In a fairly developed game it cut the memory used in half after loading the save. 2.6GB vs 1.3GB.

Great work!
