7120 update

- Adjustments to the worker rate due to technologies.
- Art from Pie_at for the worker actions for the more advanced stone tools workshops.
- Restore some of the obsolete text for games that are still going from an earlier version.
 
Updates
- Added Guided Weapons tech requirement to Stealth Fighter.
- Added Composites tech requirement to Supersonic Bomber.
- Added Communications Networks tech requirements to the Stealth Bomber.
- Changed the tech requirement of the Recon Drone to Unmanned Air Vehicles tech.
- Moved Hypersonic Recon Plane to Supersonic tech.
- Removed redundant techs from the Jet Tactical Bomber.
- Added Helicopter resource requirements to Attack Helicopter, Helicopter Gunship, Hybrid Gunship, Dropship, Medevac Helicopter, Modern Medevac Helicopter and Medevac Dropship.
- Moved Propeller Naval Fighter to Advanced Flight tech.

- Hunter and master Hunter line now target and defend first against animal units.
- New Python for Volcanoes. Needs to be linked to events properly and then I need to redo the New Volcano python.

- Fixed cache reading issues for the tags UnitInfo:PrereqOrBuildings, TraitInfo:OnGameOptions and TraitInfo:NotOnGameOptions.
- Fixed the help text for the tag UnitInfo:TrainCondition.
- Possible fix for a non-repeatable CTD at CityCapture.
- Added AI City Site Found Values to the BBAI logging.

SVN Update:
100000000 changes of events so that they are now more diverse each game and adjusted them to C2C.

Please check if I haven't made a horrible mistake in the python or elsewhere. If you see something strange happen with events, please tell me.

@DH: You can merge the volcano now.

A full list can be gathered together in the random events thread, starting at post 193 (Page 10).
There are over 200 events I changed and some of them only have 1 or 2 small values adjusted some had more work. And it's not completely finished yet.

Edit MLF_CIV4ModularLoadingControls.XML on the Modules folder. Just make sure that the you put your folder name before the zMovie one. It must be the last in the list.

edit 7139 updates

- Adjusted size of sabretooth tiger forgot to do the Haast's Eagle
- Adjusted volcano events and Python. Still some linking in these to do yet.
- Added ability to display hero movies part 1. Only the python from Platyping not linked in as I don't think we have movies.
 
Updates
- Fertilizer Plant, Rubber Plant, Rubber Factory and Biofuel Refinery now give +3 gold like all the other factories do.
- Modern Armor can now upgrade into a Droid Tank.
- The Helicopter Gunship now upgrades into the Stealth Helicopter.
- Walker Droid can now upgrade into Droid Infantry.
- Tweaked the Bronze buildings so there is no need for a Bronze Smelter.
