Allow Subdued Wild Boar to build Boar Myth buildings.

Changes to animal spawn details to stop birds spawning where they can't fly and prepare for the introduction of Lakes.

Add designer notes to the National Horse/Elephant/Camel Breeder and the National Smelters explaining why they do what they do.​

Note: I've learned that some AIs including Animals aren't the best test for success on this fix. Some AIs have other priorities than attacking anything and Animals vary as to how aggressive they are and may still not attack due to this. (Alberts2 I presume you implemented this variance... whoever did: GOOD JOB!)

- Add two new terrains TERRAIN_LAKE_SHORE and TERRAIN_LAKE for fresh water lakes equivalent to coast and ocean. These will not appear on random maps until after the release of v36. They are being added so that the map makers can update their maps and the graphics artists can work on them.

They are being introduced to fix a bug causing sea animals to spawn in fresh water lakes.

Wrong thread - I know, and I am sorry - but I am frustrated.

The problem - I reported some months ago (July) with World Builder, is still there - and I am trying to use SVN 8707, to implement DH's (future) Lake changes, on my World Maps.

From post 1898, which has screenshots.

Somethink strange has happened to the WorldBuilder.

When in WB if you Shift click on a tile you should get the WB edit control box displayed. Picture 1 below.

But now I get a distorted box displayed that I can not edit. Picture 2 below.

This occurs in the current version SVN 8600 and previous versions dating back to 24th May (8539 but updated to 8597). A version I had downloaded in March (8358) works OK.

I tried a new SVN download and export using default Customer Settings - still the same problem.


To modify maps efficiently, I have to go back to an SVN version from March, and I can not add DH's Lake changes with that version.

So can someone please correct this.

-Added new lake art.
-Fixed an odd replace building oversight. Healing clay requires now healers hut OR apothecary shop. (not so much a fix, as I just realized that healers hut is not replaced by apothecary shop.
I really think there should be a building in the chain between healers hut and doctors office)

That would go well with the planned new healer unit that's going in at Folk Medicine (the 'Witch Doctor' or 'Medicine Man'.)

- Reworked graphic for all ocean/coast types. All straight line seams between PolarCoast-Coast and TropicalCoast-Coast are now smoother and organic in form (no longer straight sharp lines).
Color might be different than what you're used to but I can fine tune this after some feedback.
