C2C SVN Changelog

Yeah, pinpoint the last compatible SVN rev # and let everyone know - which in a way we already have. I'm working on the animal split now. I do want to implement the suggestion made earlier about Aggressive and Passive animals as well. I'm also holding aside an additional 8 or so undeclared NPC player slots.

Are there going to be more changes son that will void save games? I'm early enough in my current game to not care about restarting.
 
Yeah... BIG yes. HOW soon is what is difficult to answer as there's numerous save breaking projects to be worked on right now with high priority so that we can get through this blackout stage as quickly as possible.

Change to "default" starting traits, NOT leaderhead ones. . .

I believe u will like what i did on some, and maybe not on some, but i believe way better than what is in the module area right now?? Also i like the new civics i did also, or not?
 
There are no real changes to the game really.
I changed ,amongst other tags, :
BUIDINGCLASS_BURIAL_MOUND to BUILDINGCLASS_TUMULUS
BUILDING_BURIAL_MOUND to BUILDING_TUMULUS
TXT_KEY_BUILDING_BURIAL_MOUND to TXT_KEY_BUILDING_TUMULUS
etc.

Did you get a red conflict when you updated?

I would have just removed the unique name list from the unit file.

Last thing I did in Traits was to change the crime values on traits that had them. I changed nothing else. And that was a couple of months ago too.

And what's up with this "also go bananas on"? You sayin' I went bonkers on the str changes? These have needed attention for some time now. And T-brd will change them all anyway.

EDIT: One thing I have not finished is some of the Upgrades for these early units. Some are down right sideways or actually downgrades and need changed or removed. Why would you take an early spearman at str 3 and "upgrade" to an Atlatl which is also str 3? Or a spiked club at str 3 to the old stone axe that was also str3. At least the Spiked to Stone axe make sense now str 3 to str 4.

I'm gonna go bananas a bit more on unit strs and upgrades before T-brd comes back in a wipes everything out with his Big unit overhaul plans.

OK, and I didn't mean it like that when I said "also go bananas", your changes to units are nothing controversial.

I meant it more like this, "also" as in just an additional point in the list.

SO's 9107 SVN changes actually crashes on initialization my previous game started with 9102. So yeah some of the recent changes are breaking games.
