Changing scenario version always sucks, stop that crap.

"Animal Hunter" Promotion makes units to be able to get experience also if experience limit is reached when hunting animal, are you sure has the ability naturally? No icon there.

Right. Hunters should not require that as they should have that ability without it.
 
BUG/PROBLEM:

Cant remove Lookout post, can be fixed? 2 Screenies...

Damn good balanced now, mostly all stuff, meager wealth gives more also now then removing units. Won the war but high maintenance cost makes it very hard to keep the conquered city Mohawk. Totally at the edge.:king::goodjob:

I've updated your scenario for latest SVN
Also fixed issue with starting plot being random for each player due to them not having "StartingX=int, StartingY=int" defined in the player sections.
I used the coordinates of their starting cities.

How exactly is the wonder limit now modded? 2 National wonders per city? And how much world wonders per city? Group wonder is clear only one per nation.

No, its for first culture level, its higher number for other culture levels - it shows how many of those you can have.
OCC stands for One City Challenge.

Should be displayed in city screen how much wonders you can build and what is needed to build more, maybe in culture display. So how is the list and what is needed to build more wonders in a city? Show a list here, i need to plan ahead.

Also there is for sure somewhere a memory leak, if you load savegame and open worldbuilder no problem, if you do some turns and open WB then MAF. Reloading save opening WB no problem.

Culture display already tells you how many turns to next level. To the left of city name it already tells you how many more NW/WWs you can have.

Elder council dont gives +1 education but displays as. Maybe is a rounding up problem so may be ok unclear.

It gives +1 to education, I guess it went up enough so decay and diffusion steals that +1.

Deleting this file and reusing SVN update worked.

Well I uploaded latest latitude rescaling mod to latest SVN since this and two other files were changed..
I guess it didn't knew what to do with it.

Yes i updated lati rescale also now. SVN update looks to work with my savegame now.
