Well I finally cracked and got C3C and keeping in line with all my current (and previous) practice of "read the instructions what ! you are having a laugh mate"

So onto the problems - which I could easliy resolve in Civ3

1. mod.bic(s) is the anyway of creating your own?
2. Tried dropping in a mod file for "Fog of War" and "Popheads" to no avail

.... any ideas

BTW - C3C runs a lot smoother than Civ3 on a G3

Not with a Mac. There's no editor for PtW or C3C in Civ3 Complete.

a) Where did you try to install them?

b) There's a patch in the works that should fix current problems with graphics mods and scenarios. Some of them aren't found correctly when installed. If they don't work the only option I'm currently aware of is to replace the base Art files with the modded ones, as you would in the old vanilla version - backing up the originals first if you want to be able to revert without reinstalling. For the mods you mention I think the files are in:
/Applications/Civ III Complete/Civilization 3 Game Data/Art/SmallHeads
and
/Applications/Civ III Complete/Civilization 3 Game Data/Art/Terrain/

Those are places I'm putting them  A patch you say ... OK I will wait a while.

Just one other question while I'm here in C3C by default do Stealth Fighters/Bombers have "Lethal Bombardment" capabilities on both Land and Sea

It looks as if the Conquests Game Data has an overriding popheads.pcx, so you may need to change it there instead. Can't see another fog graphic though.

I never played that far, but according to the Civilopedia for my copy they do.
