C3C PBEM : "Ilipa" - Rise of Rome scenario (level : newbies)

Human players can declare war without alliance. They are free to do what their interest say.
I dont think will be 3 against 1.
But i'm ok with no more than 1 or 2 allainace with AI against a player.

May i know what time King Stu have?

I have a sugestion: No more than ONE military alliance against a Civ, by this i mean, you must chose one ally against one enemy, but you can have another ally against a different enemy, providing that the new allie cant attack other "ancient" enemies bending the rule.

So far addyc as agreed, qummik said no, so i guess its up to you kingstuart to vote it.

i agree with that but i can see a problem with maybe the rules should be in place before we begin. but i am flexibleon this..

Okay, no more that one AI against a human player then , all agreed except qummik, motion passed by 2 to 1 votes.

I saw that. But those units will cost you a lot of money. And the city productivity is lost as you drafted 3 times. Better surender that city. It belongs to rome.

Nope, the city is forever mine now, will take a bit to recover, but better a smalll sacrifice then to have it poping units for your enemy.

If you surrender Messana, i pledge not to starve the population, if not i will be forced to make use of somewhat disnorable tactics.
