St Quentin
Spanish Forces had advanced yet again to the France- French League battlefront in an attempt to stem the tide of French victories.
The Spanish Stack advanced included 1 Tercio, 1 Vet Musket, 2 Reg Muskets and 1 Reg Landsknecht.
In response, Henry of Navarre once again demonstrated the fact that the Tercio unit is very very susceptible to bombardment. Over 30 French Bombards fired Salvo after salvo at the Spanish inflicting terror upon the ranks of the enemy.
When the Dust cleared the Spanish Stack looked like this: 1/6 Tercio, 1/3 Musket, 1/3 Musket, 2/5 Musket, 2/3 Landsknecht.
The Tercio was eliminated by an Elite Reiter Regiment in a very close battle.
