C3C PBEM : Zero- WWII pacific scenario

I certainly haven't seen it yet. I wonder *which* Monday Loulong was talking about? ;)

I haven't seen it yet either. However, he said he was going to send it Monday night. If that's the case, then the Japan player will probably play it sometime Tuesday (today). It will probably take the Japanese player at least an hour to play the first turn. It took me 1 1/2 hours to play my first turn when I was Japan. I would expect to see this game later tonight or tomorrow depending on which civ you are.

Well, I hope he sends the game soon. I do like how he started this game but isn't playing in it.

Well, if things come to worse, would there be any problem with USA starting the game and sending his turn to the second player?
Actually the sequence of the scenario, as far as I can see in the editor is:

1) Netherlands (AI)
2) US
3) Commonwealth
4) China
5) Japan

So, if Lou doesn't show up or something, all the US playe rhas to do is set up the game and post the turn save here for the Commonwealth to go on...

Well, the problem is that the Multi-player version of this scenario allows the Allies to move on the first turn, which the single player version does not allow. Loulong was going to change it in the editor to correct this. If it was as simple as making Japan go first --- I don't know...

Oops blush. Monday, tuesday, happyday, wednesday it is.

OK I made Japan go first with correct techs and starting gold and Netherlands should be able to move on first turn too.
I send the biq file to pirke for it to load and play the first turn.

The rooster order is as follows :
- Japan - Pirke
- USA - rcoutme
- Commonwealth - Dogboy
- China - Thrust123
- Netherlands - Rubberjello

More in a mail that I will send right after that.

Actually I launched that PBEM because I saw a few people relatively new to PBEM hanging around the MP forum searching for a scenario PBEM and I thought it would be a good introduction because it is relatively short and there is direct action. Since people signed faster than I had expected I decided to give my place, and not at all because I don't care but because I wanted them to play and because you or Rubberjello are experienced enough (more than me actually) to help them if need be.
I just stay here as replacement if need be and I will be lurking around... but even if I don't like the idea that it was a sacrifice, I don't want people to think wrongly I just lacked the motivation to join it...

Pirke, if you sent the game to me then you need to send it again because I never got it. My e-mail is:

greeneclan AT mchsi DOT com

I'm not sure if you meant to send it to me or not, but I think I am next in the order of movement.

I sent it to rcoutme, I think he was in 2nd place...

The rooster order is as follows :
- Japan - Pirke
- USA - rcoutme
- Commonwealth - Dogboy
- China - Thrust123
- Netherlands - Rubberjello

By the way, I hope you all don't beat the **** out of me! Never played against 4 humans already tied up against me from the start... :)

The Commonwealth has entered the war! It appears as if the Japanes Army has attacked us and captured one of our cities on the Western edge of this flat world. Reports are that 2 infantry, 1 artillery, and 1 flak were lost in the struggle. The Commonwealth has responded by sinking a Japanese destroyer in the South China Sea. A Japanese battleship was damaged in another skirmish in the same location but managed to stay afloat. This may appear to be a small victory to most people, but the Commonwealth are estatic about finally being able to fight off the Japanese, and be assured, fight them off we will. Not only will we fight them off, but plans are already being written to drive them off their island cities, out of China, and back to their tiny island.

Pretty soon you will get Japan, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Wang Kong, err...wait...those are the cities the ALLIES will get.

NO. Don't tell me it's required to report casualties?!?!?!? :(

No, it's not required at all. It's just that I had a little time on my hands. The info I posted is not secret. The Japs know what they killed, and my allies should know so they can plan accordingly.

Well, I sent the game to somebody and they said they had no idea why I sent the game to them so I'm going to post it here. Thrust said he wanted the game posted here anyway.

Thrust, have you not been getting any of the e-mails we have been passing around amongst ourselves about diplomacy and techs and what not?
