Can historic battles be added in R:TW?

Since so much is moddable in this game, I wanted to ask. If so, how do yu make those new battlefields?

Yes, you can make them. Some one made the Battle of Magnesia for Europa Barbarorum, but I have no clue how you'd go about making a historical battle...
