And this murderer was released from prison in 2014 after serving 4 years for attempted murder... He shot a couple guys, one in the heart. What damn judge let this man out after 4 years? He should have been in for life... No, why reward him because they guy he tried to kill survived? I'm not a big fan of the death penalty, but I'd like to throw the switch on this bastard.

I would, really... The sooner the better. Why give him any more chances to kill people?

I found a link which says he served five, not four, years:

"Beach is being held without bail at the Clark County Detention Center. Court records show that he was involved in a 2008 brawl between two groups of men that nearly turned deadly.

He and three other men got into a fight with another group at a house party about midnight on Nov. 15, 2008. Witnesses told police the scene at the party was chaotic and shots were fired, according to court records.

Five hours later, the two groups met in a grocery store parking lot to finish the fight.

Beach fired several rounds during the melee, shooting one man in the heart and another man twice in the groin area.

He later pleaded guilty to charges of attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm, and he was sentenced to spend two to 10 years in state prison.

Brooke Keast, spokeswoman for the state Department of Corrections, said he served five years and was released in 2014.

Your conscience may be clear, but sadly, your infraction record is not.

Attempted murder is a category B felony in Las Vegas. The punishment is 2 to 20 years in Nevada state prison.

Additional penalties of 1 to 20 years will be imposed if the defendant used a deadly weapon or if the would-be victim was sixty or older. But this enhanced sentence may not be longer than the underlying sentence for attempted murder.

BTW: The US Supreme Court has ruled the death penalty is available only against a defendant who actually killed some one. So sorry, you don't get to kill this guy.

So "bastard" is somehow not considered inappropriate language on here? CFC never fails to surprise me. Not that I'm complaining.

Well dang! Its just not fair.
