Cannot Play as new DLC Civs

I purchased the ultimate deluxe edition (Book and coins version), and on my steam account I have all the DLC content installed. I was able to access the new Civs last week, but went to play today and they are no longer in the drop down. Has anyone else experienced this?

Others have reported similar issues and a Steam reset appears to fix it for most folks.
